Dan French has lived in the Jacksonville area since 1993 having arrived from Houston TX. and served on Lejeune as a Navy Corpsman in various capacities until his final tour with the 6th Marine Reg. Having started a family prior to leaving the service, he remained in the area, attending college as a non-traditional student at Coastal Carolina Community College and continued on to graduate from Mount Olive College, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Organizational Development.
Dan spent twelve years working in the Telecommunications Industry in various capacities including both Sales and Service Leadership roles. Dan has a passion for action sports and BBQ, playing Paintball at a competitive level and bringing Texas style BBQ to the Carolinas whenever the opportunity presents itself.
Dan is a strong advocate for our Military Service Members and their families, understanding that life for our servicemen and women can be both rewarding and sometimes frustrating. Dan has worked with local small business owners to help raise charitable funding for organizations that support our Military Service Men and Women, most recently the Jacksonville USO and the SemperFi Fund. In addition, Dan has worked with local groups such as the Jacksonville Women's shelter, improving the grounds around the facilities and helping to provide a relaxing environment for those that benefit from their services.
